Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing issues efficiently and accurately * Perform service calls including leak repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and water heater service * Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutions * Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site * Follow all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards * Document work completed and parts used for accurate job reporting * Build lasting relationships with customers through professional and courteous service

Requirements

* Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber license preferred; equivalent field experience considered * 2+ years of hands-on plumbing service or repair experience * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices in California * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently in the field * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
