Full-Time (40+ Hours Per Week) Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC & Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be able to independently perform complete HVAC system installations, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues. Responsibilities

• Perform complete residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Service heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and package units.
• Recover, evacuate, leak test, and recharge refrigerant systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, and other residential plumbing systems.
• Replace HVAC components including compressors, blower motors, evaporator coils, TXVs, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and control boards.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Complete service paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC and plumbing experience required
• Experience performing complete HVAC installations
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
