Duties

• Repair, replace, or install plumbing components including pipes, fixtures, valves, and water heaters in accordance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair processes on complex plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future failures and extend system lifespan.
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing plumbing expertise during construction or renovation phases.
• Operate construction site equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols; heavy lifting may be required during installation or repair activities.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on construction plumbing or related trades.
• Knowledge of plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
