Lead Plumbing Technician

MSI Plumbing & Remodeling is hiring a full-time Lead Plumbing Technician to join our service team in Lebanon, NJ.

This is a steady, year-round position for an experienced residential plumbing technician who takes pride in clean work, communicates well with customers, and can help lead by example in the field.

Pay is $35–$45 per hour, based on experience, with commissions, benefits, and overtime opportunities.

Pay and Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Rotating weekend and holiday on-call schedule, planned in advance

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Complete plumbing service calls, repairs, and installations
• Perform fixture installs, leak repairs, water heater work, pipe repairs, gas leak testing and repair, and related plumbing work
• Build clear estimates and invoices using tablet-based dispatch software
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers
• Recommend practical, honest solutions based on the customer’s needs
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked truck
