*What You'll Do*

As the Plumbing Division Manager, you'll serve as both the technical leader and the operational leader for our residential plumbing department.

Responsibilities include

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with clear, honest solutions.
• Estimate and sell repair and replacement projects.
• Lead the growth of the plumbing department.
• Recruit, train, and mentor future plumbing technicians.
• Establish service standards, pricing consistency, and quality control.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, professionally, and efficiently.
• Work closely with company leadership to achieve growth goals.
• Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Help develop preventative maintenance and membership programs.
• Build a department known for quality workmanship and exceptional service.
