Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, and Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. Duties

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly.
• Repair or replace faulty components in appliances, HVAC/R equipment, plumbing fixtures, or electrical wiring to restore optimal functionality.
• Conduct appliance repair and service technician tasks with precision, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex maintenance or construction projects involving mechanical or electrical upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.

Skills
