This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping homes and businesses running smoothly by tackling tough drain and plumbing challenges every day.

Responsibilities

* Inspect, diagnose, and clear clogged or slow-running drains in residential and commercial settings * Operate drain cleaning equipment including snakes, hydro-jetters, and augers * Identify root intrusions, blockages, and pipe damage causing drainage issues * Perform routine drain maintenance and preventative cleaning services * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers * Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and service vehicles * Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job

Requirements

* Prior experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related trade preferred * Familiarity with drain cleaning tools and equipment such as hydro-jets and cable machines * Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Excellent customer service and communication skills
