WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As our Inside Sales Associate - Plumbing Sales Rep, you'll play a key role in developing ethical, long-lasting relationships with our valued customers while driving sales and exceeding profit goals. A typical day will have you answering calls or greeting walk-ins at our Phoenix location, processing orders and job packages, assisting warehouse pickups, and making sure each customer feels supported and confident in choosing Sonoran Plumbing Supply as their primary supplier. You'll work closely with our Sales Director and Financial department to ensure smooth account operations and payment processes, while keeping a finger on the pulse of each customer's business to help us minimize risk and maximize opportunity.
