Are you a self-motivated Journeyman Plumber looking for a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills? We are seeking an experienced and skilled plumber to handle a variety of plumbing tasks across both commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints and drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, water supply, and waste disposal systems.
Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring).
Install and maintain efficient water supply systems.
Identify and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks).
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, and other plumbing components.
Install and maintain waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV (drainage, waste, and vent) systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
Strong understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Proficiency in handling plumbing tools and equipment (e.g., pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, friendly attitude and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Good physical condition with the ability to work in confined or awkward spaces.
