About the Role

The successful Journeyman Pipefitter will install, assemble, and maintain piping systems in industrial and manufacturing environments. Candidates who can read technical drawings, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively will thrive in this position.

Key Job responsibilities

• Read and interpret isometric, plan view, and P&ID drawings
• Perform layout, fabrication, and installation of piping systems
• Take field measurements and translate them into drawings or layouts
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools
• Align and fit welded pipe, threaded pipe, grooved pipe, and other mechanical connections
• Operate equipment such as pipe threaders, torches, forklifts, and lifts
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed
• Maintain and service existing piping systems and equipment
• Collaborate with welders and helpers on job sites
• Maintain safe work practices and high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of pipefitting experience
