Journeyman Plumber / Foreman

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, operates with integrity, and is committed to delivering high-level plumbing installations and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and direct plumbing crews on active projects, provide technical guidance, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and waste systems
• Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential remodels, residential new construction projects, and commercial tenant improvement build-outs
• Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, pressure loss, heating issues, system failures, etc.) and implement effective solutions
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services
• Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
• Cut, solder, bend, and join pipe to required specifications
• Install and service fixtures and equipment
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and clean, organized job sites
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional plumbing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training and/or journeyman certification preferred)
• Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and building regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
