Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and reliable Residential Service Plumbers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs for our residential customers
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service plumber.
• Valid plumbing license.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Willingness to work on-call, evenings, and weekends if necessary.
