Job Responsibilities

• A current and valid Journeyman Plumber license in Lincoln, NE
• Determine Plumbing codes and regulations for the jurisdiction in which you are working and pull necessary permits
• Diagnose and repair plumbing
• Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience
• Communicate effectively with the office and your manager
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the ASLAN Mechanical core values and mission statement

What We Need

• Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, and customers
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• A working knowledge of ServiceTitan or the willingness to learn
• Push, lift, and pull up to 175 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with ASLAN Mechanical’s requirements
• Must pass pre-employment background checks
