Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and in existing buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction tools to complete installations and repairs
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or mechanical components
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively
• Follow schematics and technical instructions for assembly, remodeling, or maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with building codes
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations during project planning and execution
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation

Experience

• Proven field service experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings
