Service Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber proficient in diverse works on the daily and/or weekly basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services, maintenance, and repairs across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure water systems and plumbing infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all local building codes. Pay is decided off of experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and schematics.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions while adhering to local building codes and safety standards.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, assembly, remodeling, and system upgrades on various construction sites with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize construction experience to assist with related tasks such as carpentry or HVAC system integration when necessary.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting to ensure safe handling of materials.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed; ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in construction plumbing projects.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance, repair, installation, and remodeling in commercial or residential settings.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, pipe threading techniques, welding procedures, and HVAC integration is highly desirable....
