RESPONSIBILITIES

* Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing systems applications: Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Water, Compressed Air, Condensate Drain, Natural Gas, Process Utilities, Fixtures and Pumps. * Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing material applications: Steel/carbon pipe, Copper Pipe, PVC/PCV pipe, Poly Pipe applications, Stainless Steel pipe and Aluminum pipe. * Receives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities. * Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures. * Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager. * Skilled specialist that demonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations. * Promote a positive learning environment in mentoring and directing of apprentices. * Understand and implement lockout/tag-out procedures for safe and secure task(s) * Perform testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications. * Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition. * Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability. * Participate in the orientation of new partners on...
