We are looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who enjoys steady work, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a supportive, well-organized service team.

This is residential service plumbing focused on helping homeowners with repairs, replacements, and system improvements. You will have strong support in the field, quality tools, and a team behind you that values doing things the right way.

Every day is different, but the expectation is simple: do quality work, communicate well with customers, and represent the company professionally.

What You'll Do

* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems * Work in customers' homes with professionalism and care * Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners * Provide repair and replacement options when appropriate * Complete accurate job documentation and invoicing * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently while staying connected to a strong team *

What We're Looking For

* Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License (required) * Residential plumbing experience preferred * Strong troubleshooting and code knowledge * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Good communication and customer service skills * Reliable, accountable, and professional mindset Desire to grow and be part of a long-term team *
