Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and compliance with building codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems and troubleshoot issues efficiently on-site.
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols; perform remodeling or renovation work as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for quality assurance.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of residential systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and general building maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices and heavy lifting techniques.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
