Jr. Plumber

The Junior Plumber supports licensed plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and gas systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves hands-on assistance with pipeline and fixture work, adherence to safety protocols and plumbing codes, and participation in inspections and troubleshooting. A strong commitment to safety, willingness to learn, and solid problem-solving skills are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plumbing Installation & Maintenance

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, valves, fittings, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures across commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions provided by plumbers to complete work accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all gas line work adheres to applicable Federal, State, and local codes

System Testing & Inspection

• Assist with the preliminary and final inspections of all systems by participating in pressure tests, control adjustments and equipment operability
• Support routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems and report findings to the supervising plumber
• Help identify system inefficiencies and participate in troubleshooting to improve performance and safety
