We're looking for an experienced Lead Plumber / Foreman to oversee field operations on luxury residential job sites in Park City. You'll lead a small crew of 1-2 plumbers, ensure quality and timelines are met, and represent RPM Plumbing at the highest level inside some of the most stunning homes in Utah.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a crew of 1-2 plumbers on active job sites
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and completion of plumbing systems in luxury custom homes
• Maintain strict quality control and cleanliness standards on every job
• Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to hit timelines
• Uphold RPM's reputation for professionalism and excellence on every site

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of plumbing experience, residential preferred
• Proven leadership or foreman experience
• Journeyman Plumber license preferred
• Professional appearance and respectful conduct in clients' homes, non negotiable
• Self-motivated, high standards, and a team first attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Bluffdale shop (start time 7am)
• 4 10 hour shift options available
• Boiler experience is a plus
