PlumbingPro is hiring a Lead Plumber for a new, locally owned family- and veteran-owned plumbing franchise in San Antonio. This is the first plumber hire and a key role in building a high-quality residential and light commercial service operation from the ground up.

We are looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repairs * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping * Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions * Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites * Complete service documentation accurately and on time * Help establish service standards and best practices for the company

Qualifications

* 5+ years plumbing experience (service preferred) * Texas plumbing license * Residential and light commercial service experience required * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently * Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
