Lead Plumbing Technician

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing technician to join our team. As a plumbing technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay (non commissioned-based) and benefits.

Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or malfunctions - Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and electricians to ensure efficient project completion - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts - Use power tools and equipment to cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipes - Test plumbing systems for leaks using air pressure or water pressure gauges - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving plumbing-related issues

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a plumbing technician - Strong knowledge of pipe threading techniques and materials - Ability to use power tools effectively and safely - Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and estimating material quantities - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose plumbing issues accurately - Strong attention to detail to ensure precise installation and repairs - Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and components
