is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing exceptional customer service and educating homeowners on the best solutions for their plumbing needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems, as well as working on septic systems, including septic pumps, sewage ejector pumps, grinder pumps, lift stations, and related components. Experience with ServiceTitan and residential plumbing sales is highly preferred.

This position is ideal for a plumber who enjoys solving problems, building customer trust, and maximizing every service opportunity through honest recommendations and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, drain stoppages, water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and gas lines.
• Perform plumbing inspections and accurately identify repair or replacement options.
• Install and repair water heaters (tank and tankless), faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, pressure-reducing valves (PRVs), hose bibbs, and other residential plumbing fixtures.
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics using drain machines and sewer camera inspection equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair septic system components, including septic pumps, sewage ejector pumps, grinder pumps, lift stations, float switches, and pump control systems.
• Diagnose basic septic system issues and communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Perform minor excavation when necessary for plumbing or septic repairs.
• Present repair and replacement options while educating customers on the benefits of each solution.
