We’re looking for an experienced Lead Service Plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, communicate professionally with customers, and perform high-quality repairs and installations.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems
• Repair leaks and water lines
• Install water heaters (tank & tankless)
• Install faucets, toilets, disposals, and fixtures
• Perform drain and sewer repairs
• Perform gas line repairs and installations
• Repipes and water service repairs
• Communicate repair options clearly with customers
• Complete digital invoices and photos (House Call Pro)
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• California plumbing experience required
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Clean appearance and professional attitude
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces when necessary
• Experience using House Call Pro (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.00–$55.00/hour depending on experience (paid weekly)
