Purpose

The Journeyman or Master Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role combines technical expertise with customer education, helping homeowners make informed decisions about repairs, replacements, and system improvements.This position is open to licensed Journeyman and Master Plumbers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, technical excellence, and complete home solutions.

At Cooper, we believe in a consultative, customer-first approach. Our Plumbers utilize the Service MVP process to thoroughly evaluate customer concerns, identify opportunities to improve safety and efficiency, and present complete solutions. This role also requires participation in our emergency on-call rotation and a willingness to embrace technology, including Rilla AI call recording and coaching tools, to improve communication, customer experience, and professional development.
