Responsibilities

• Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices to complete tasks efficiently
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field teams to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely project completion
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, remodeling projects, or system upgrades
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for compliance purposes

Requirements

• Valid state-issued Master Plumber license with extensive experience in construction plumbing
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and carpentry tools
