We are seeking a skilled and motivated Master Plumber – Bath & Shower Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead plumbing projects focused on baths and showers, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of baths, showers, and related plumbing fixtures with precision and attention to detail, initally training lead bath installers on all aspects of plumbing, then monitoring their labor thereafter
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete the installation of P-Traps, mixing valves, drop ears, and shower pans/tubs effectively
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems during remodeling projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects adhere to safety standards and residential building codes
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and project planning
• Communicate on project timelines and resource needs
• Scheduling inspections and pulling plumbing permits
• Maintain inventory levels
• Negotiate pricing with vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Plumber with specialization in bath & shower installation
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems
