Responsibilities

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. * Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Lead and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems. * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. * Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion. * Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing services. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

* Valid Texas Master Plumber License is required. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
