Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls, remodels, and new installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing regulations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and repair water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, drains, sewer lines, and gas lines (where licensed).
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and material usage.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in an on-call night and weekend rotation, if required.

Qualifications

• Current Master Plumber License in Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex plumbing issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
