Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls, remodels, and new installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing regulations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and repair water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, drains, sewer lines, and gas lines (where licensed).
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and material usage.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in an on-call night and weekend rotation, if required.

Qualifications

• Current Master Plumber License in Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex plumbing issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential service plumbing.
• Commercial plumbing experience.
• Water heater installation and repair certification.
• Backflow prevention certification (if applicable).
• Experience using mobile work order and scheduling software.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay range is $35–$50 per hour (Paid Weekly), based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

After-hours work may be required. Any work performed after 6:00 PM will be paid at time and a half.

15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year.

A company van and tools will be provided. The van and tools must be returned to and left at the warehouse at the end of each workday.

All hires are contingent on background checks.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
