Re-Bath of New England is growing and looking for a skilled Massachusetts Licensed Plumber to join our production team. We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodeling projects and are looking for someone who wants steady work, a strong support team, and long-term career stability with a company that values professionalism and craftsmanship.

This is not a “go chase your own work” plumbing job. We provide the projects, permits, scheduling, materials, and administrative support so you can focus on what you do best — plumbing and taking care of customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform residential plumbing work related to bathroom remodeling projects
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures including tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and faucets
• Diagnose and solve plumbing-related issues in the field
• Stand inspections and close permits as needed
• Ensure all work is completed to code and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal team members
• Work closely with installers, project managers, and production staff to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

What We’re Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License REQUIRED
• Residential remodeling or service plumbing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
