Job Overview

----------------

• Prepare for required diagnostics as set forth by dispatch
• Troubleshoot and diagnose service issues, including leak location, drain clogs, water pressure, etc.
• Effectively build estimates and present solutions to customers to secure their commitment
• Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential customers
• Install/repair water heaters, grinder pumps and panels, and all types of fixtures, pipes, etc.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and ethics

Requirements

----------------

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting methods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
• Must hold tradesman, journeyman, or master plumbing license by the Texas State Board of Plumbing
• Willing to train apprentices as needed
• Principals only, no recruiters please
