ABOUT THE ROLE

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - "The Punctual Plumber" - is launching in the Madison market and hiring several Journeyman Plumbers. You'll run service calls, drain work, water heaters, repairs, and installations out of a fully stocked company van, backed by a 200+ location national brand's training, technology, and dispatch systems.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be one of the first technicians on the team, with a real runway to lead tech, foreman, or master-track development as we scale to a multi-van operation across Madison, Middleton, Verona, Waunakee, and surrounding Dane County communities.
