Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems.
• Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to connect metal pipes securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC.
• Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing installations meet building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure as needed.

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing and general construction work.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC integration, and schematic interpretation.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
