Position Summary

The Licensed Plumber is responsible for providing high-quality plumbing repair service while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in residential plumbing, communicates well with customers, stays organized in the field, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Complete service calls while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about plumbing issues and repair options
• Use company technology, including iPad and field service software, to document work and manage appointments
• Maintain an organized schedule and complete service documentation accurately
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes and in the community
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
