What You’ll Do:

As a Licensed Residential Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted professional our customers welcome into their homes. Every day brings something new — from repairing leaks and unclogging drains to installing fixtures and solving complex plumbing challenges.

You’ll work independently in the field while knowing our office team and fellow technicians always have your back.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform a variety of residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations Diagnose issues, prepare estimates and explain solutions in a way customers can understand Provide honest, professional service focused on building long-term customer relationships Keep your company vehicle and tools organized and in great condition Attend and participate in team meetings and ongoing training Ensure all work is safe and performed to Washington code.
