Qualificatins

Applicant shall have fur (4) years f wrking experience in repair and installati+ n plumbing systems and equipment preferred.

Applicant must pssess a Jurneyman r Master’s License fr the City f Allent+ wn.

Applicant must pssess a strng knwledge f the repair and installatin f all types + f plumbing systems and equipment.

Applicant must have a knwledge f and ability t use all types f hand and pwer tls relative t+ the plumbing trade.

Applicant must be capable f crdinatin repairs r installing systems with + ther trades.

Applicant must p+ ssess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Alternatives t the abve, which the Schl Bard f Direct+ rs may deem acceptable.

Perfrmance

Perfrm preventative maintenance t plumbing systems and recgnizes present and ptential prblems, which may cause plumbing systems t malfuncti+ n.

Perfrm plumbing repairs and installatin t render a first class finish j+ b.

Secure the prper materials t install/repair pipe wrk and equipment t prvide a safe cnditin and first-class w+ rkmanship.

Assumes the respnsibility f determining the material required fr first-class repairs r installatin and reprts the same t the Directr f Facilities Services + r his/her Assistants.

Respnsible fr clean up during and after wrk is c+ mpleted.

Take all neccessary measures t prvide safety t thers and pr+ perty.

Maintain all Schl District tls and equipment in first class cnditi+ n.

Wrk clsely with the Directr f Facilities Services r his/her Assistants t determine the needs + f the District's plumbing systems.

Perfrm ther duties assigned by the Directr f Facilities Services + r his/her Assistants.
