Maintenance Plumber

Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify plumbing problems, complete projects that meet building code, and are proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints. Compensation

$62,400 - $72,800 yearly

Responsibilities

* Maintain records of completed projects and parts used * Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement * Certify newly installed components properly function * Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams * Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers

Qualifications

* The candidate must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, patience and a can-do attitude * Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity * Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate * Current driver’s license and clean driving record * Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
