Maintenance Technician III (Plumber)

Starting Pay: $25.75 per hour

Additional $2.00 shift differential from 3 p.m. - 6 a.m.

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement! What You Will Do: * Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and production machinery to ensure continuous, efficient plant operations. * Execute major equipment repairs, fabrication, construction, and installation projects, including welding to food-safe standards and precise mechanical assembly. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues through detailed inspection, use of precision measuring tools, and interpretation of mechanical schematics. * Fabricate and maintain critical plant components such as guards, doors, steps, shafts, sprockets, and mounting brackets using lathes, metal sheers, benders, and welding equipment. * Provide training and guidance to production teams on maintenance best practices to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

What You Will Bring
