Master Plumber

Job Summary

We are located in Gilroy CA and are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and Electricians, to complete projects
• Perform basic math calculations to measure and cut pipes accurately
• Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
• Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting plumbing issues
• Must Have: Drivers License and Clean driving record with background check.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
