Join JLL's building operations team as a Plumber at a technology company facility in Franklin/Hopkinton, Massachusetts. In this critical role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and repairing all plumbing systems and equipment that keep our building running smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated engineering team, you'll ensure reliable water supply, drainage, and waste systems while delivering exceptional service to building occupants. What your day-to-day will look like

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, waste disposal systems, water heating equipment, and backflow prevention devices while monitoring system logs for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, urinals, sinks, water fountains), clear clogged drains and sewage lines, and maintain pumps and grease traps using appropriate tools and techniques.
