What this job involves

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team at MSP. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a commercial facility. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota. Experience level is flexible—newly licensed plumbers are welcome to apply.

What your day to day will look like

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Test and maintain backflow prevention devices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and facility staff as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued by the State of Minnesota.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required)

• Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems.
• Basic computer skills for work order documentation.
