Master Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to lead complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. Duties

• Interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
• Lead and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and remodeling projects on construction sites.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools with precision.
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems for water supply, drainage, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols.
• Read and interpret schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Supervise junior plumbers and handyman staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including commercial site experience and remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, pipe threading, welding, HVAC systems, and schematic reading.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and basic carpentry skills for framing or support structures.
• Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and schematics.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces on construction sites....
