As a Master Plumber, you will perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, diagnose and repair plumbing issues, oversee complex installations, and provide guidance to apprentice and journeyman plumbers.

Responsibilities

* Perform plumbing service, repair, and installation work. * Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions. * Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems. * Pull permits and ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes * Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended services. * Mentor and support apprentice and journeyman plumbers. * Maintain accurate job documentation and service records. * Participate in on-call rotations as needed. * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

* Active Colorado Master Plumber License required. * Minimum 5 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience. * Service Titan Experience a plus. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Strong customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required. * Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screenin...
