ualified candidates shall possess a 3 to 20+ years of experience in MEP management within construction or facilities management. This role required oversight of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities within a construction project and involves managing the MEP team, ensuring the proper installation and commissioning of MEP systems, coordinating with other project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. he following experience and skill set are preferred: ·

* chelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. ·

* ofessional certification in MEP engineering or project management (e.g., PE, PMP, LEED, CCP) is a plus. ·

* perience in one or all disciplines of MEP such as mechanical, electrical, controls, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection, special systems, commissioning. · S * rong understanding of MEP design, field installation, building systems, construction methods, and project management principles. ·

* cellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ·
