*We are seeking an experienced* *New Construction Commercial Plumber* *with a minimum of 5+ years of industry expertise, proficient in managing and executing Commercial projects in the Atlanta, GA area. This position will focus on tenant improvement and special projects.*

This role involves handling diverse plumbing projects. The position comes with a *company vehicle, including a gas card, cell phone, and tablet*.Job Requirements: * Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing layouts for water supply, waste disposal, and plumbing systems.

* Ability to cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes precisely while considering existing infrastructure.

* Experience roughing in water, waste, and vent piping using cast iron, copper pipe, CPVC, galvanized, PEX, and PVC.

* Skilled in cutting, threading, and soldering pipes as necessary, including using an acetylene torch.

* Competency in using plumbing tools and equipment safely.

* Installation, repair, and maintenance expertise with all plumbing fixtures.

* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify necessary repairs or replacements for operational plumbing systems and fixtures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers, vendors, co-workers, and fellow plumbers, displaying patience and friendliness.

* Physical fitness and strength to work comfortably in confined or awkward spaces.
