Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in commercial and residential new construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Rough-in and finish plumbing installations according to project schedules and code requirements.
• Coordinate work with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain project timelines.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly each day.
• Ensure all phases of work are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field.
• Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and workmanship.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and potential issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of new construction plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, methods, and code requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proven ability to work independently and stay productive...
