Until Filled Applications are being accepted for a part-time instructor for our Plumbing Apprenticeship program for the 2026/2027 school year, at our 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa AZ 85201 campus. Job Summary: The Plumbing Apprenticeship instructor provides classroom and work-based learning instruction for secondary, adult, and apprenticeship students. The position is responsible for developing students' technical skills through classroom and lab instruction. This class meets twice a month on Tuesdays from 3:00 - 8:00 pm between August and April (15 total sessions). Salary: $34.16 - 54.00 / Hour. Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry related experience, teaching experience, and certification. Education and Experience:+ High school diploma or GED required. + 6,000 hours of recent, verified occupational experience in the plumbing industry.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Journeyman or Master Plumber license. + Experience supervising, mentoring, or training apprentices. + Experience with registered apprenticeship programs. + Previous teaching, training, or instructional experience. + Experience working with secondary students, adult learners, or workforce development programs. + Postsecondary coursework in plumbing, construction management, education, or a related field. + Industry certifications relevant to plumbing, safety, or construction trades.

Licensing /Certification and Other Requirements
