Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipefitter II to join our shipyard team in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for the layout, fabrication, installation, and testing of piping systems aboard U.S. Navy and commercial vessels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in shipbuilding or ship repair environments and a thorough understanding of NAVSEA standards and shipboard systems.

Experience and Skills

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Lay out, fabricate, fit, and install pipe and tubing for a variety of fluid, drain, and pneumatic systems in accordance with drawings, MILSPECs, and NAVSEA standards for various systems (fluid, drain, fuel, hydraulic, air, ect.).
