As a Detailer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of mechanical and pipe/plumbing systems within a project. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing plans, specifications and submittals to accurately design and coordinate plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems. You will identify and communicate any design issues to engineers and GC’s, ensuring seamless integration of all systems. In a design-build environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers from the conceptual design phase through to the final drawing and detailing of mechanical systems. You will be responsible for generating clear and precise drawings that serve as a guide for field teams to efficiently install and prefabricate systems.

To design, coordinate, and produce detailed drawings for mechanical systems, facilitating prefabrication and installation while ensuring project success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must use Fabrication CADmep to detail job.
• Must be able to download shop drawings to fab shop.
