If you’re ready to put your plumbing skills to work at portfolio of apartment communities, we want to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:* Perform plumbing repairs and installations in apartments and common areas * Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues * Maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems * Work with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction * Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed * Experience in plumbing (residential or commercial) required * Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently * Strong customer service and communication skills * Must have reliable transportation and basic tools * Knowledge of local plumbing codes a plus * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
